This is the way it went down: I wrote the last post, packed my bags, and went out to San Francisco for a while. Upon returning to New York, I went into a verbal coma, preferring to work on new music than string words together. That happens to me sometimes, especially when I am anticipating a new semester at school where I will be forced to churn out dozens of pages of analytical thought. More often than not, I’d rather construct my own work than deconstruct someone else’s.

Plus I’m a flake. But I’ve been thinking about you, and I’ll be back on track here starting on Monday. Put a ring on it.
